Club has agreed to lower the transfer fee of 24yr top talent, paperwork being processed, Announcement tomorrow morningMan Utd’s moves in the transfer market are not just pertinent to new signings. The Red Devils are looking to bring back a familiar face in Sofyan Amrabat to Old Trafford. The Moroccan 2022 World Cup star spent last season on loan at the club.

Amrabat was not a regular starter in Erik ten Hag’s squad last season, starting just 17 games in the entirety of the campaign. However, he did prove his mettle towards the end of the season, even deputising at left-back in the absence of Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.

It makes sense that the Red Devils want to sign the 27-year-old permanently as he would be a low-cost option for the midfield. Having someone like Amrabat, with his versatility is a huge plus to any team and Erik ten Hag seems to concur.
